Garin Regional Park is part of the extensive and excellent East Bay Regional Park District that encompasses Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. It is located in the hills above Hayward, California and is on the eastern side of the San Francisco Bay. The park is approximately 26 miles south from my home in Berkeley, California.
